Shannon Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 -This wine shows a deep, dark ruby color along with aromas of dark berries, vanilla and spice. The flavors include Bing cherry, raspberry and vanilla. It’s a smooth wine with good structure. Deep color and flavors were achieved with gentle handling, controlled fermentation and some extended maceration. Light up the grill. $13.99
